- Overview
A slip gauge is provided with the P14 Rapid Plastimeter when it is purchased. The slip gauge is used to calibration the plasticity measurement to the thickness of the cigarette paper used; known as gap calibration This calibration routine should be done at the start of every day and regularly confirmed during the day. Ideally 2-3 times a day depending on usage levels. You can order a replacement slip gauge by contacting us. Please provide the serial number of your P14.
