The Traceability Software is compatible with all Wallace automatic benchtop Hardness Testers with firmware versions 7.5.00 and later. You can upgrade your older Hardness Tester to benefit from this software and its capabilities.

A basic licence covers 2 pieces of equipment and 2 users for simultaneous use. Users and instruments can be added to meet your requirements. Please contact us and we would be happy to tailor a package to fit your needs.

Yes, to run tests on multiple instruments at the same time you will require a PC for each instrument. This will require a licence for each instrument and user. These will all connect on a single server for data sharing.

We recommend a PC operating system of: Windows 11 computer with 4GB ram and 10GB free hard disk as a minimum.

Yes, should your testing needs increase you can add more instruments or users to your system. Please get in touch with us so that we can discuss your requirements and update your existing licence.

Yes, the results can be exported as either a .CSV or .PDF file for more detailed analysis.

This depends on the local lab configuration, but usually to a local PC or server.

Yes training can be provided if requested. The software has been designed to be clear and easy to navigate and comprehensive instructions are found in the User Manual.
