O14 Traceability Fixture
Wallace has designed a stackable traceability fixture which not only allows for accurate matching of the samples but also ease of handling of samples between sample preparation, ageing and plasticity testing. Matching is achieved by coloured buttons in the tray handle and the fixture tray.

- Overview
A set of four trays which includes the sample drawers that hold samples during the plasticity testing process from the O14 Ageing Chamber to the P14 Rapid Plastimeter. Designed to improve traceability of each sample using coloured dots to help identify each aged sample drawer with its unaged samples on the fixture tray.

PRI testing requires accurate matching of aged and non-aged specimens. Any mix-up can invalidate results and lead to incorrect conclusions about a rubber's resistance to thermal oxidation. That's why we designed the O14 Traceability Fixture, to help prevent sample identification errors during the testing process.

The system uses colour-coded buttons in the tray handles and fixture trays, to allow operators to quickly and accurately match corresponding samples throughout preparation, ageing and testing stages.

The fixture is designed to integrate with the Wallace PRI testing workflow, including the O14 Ageing Chamber and the P14 Rapid Plastimeter.
