Wallace Instruments is an ISO 9001 certified and ISO 17025 accredited manufacturer of rubber and plastics testing equipment, supplying customers in over 60 countries since the early 1950s.
From our UK manufacturing base in Dorking, we design and manufacture high-quality instruments for measuring hardness, plasticity, viscosity, cure, compression, ageing and sample preparation across the global rubber, plastics and polymer industries.

Traceability
We make it easy for you to keep a clear, reliable record of every result. Our instruments automatically capture key details like date, time, instrument information, and results, which can be printed or stored for your records.
With our latest software, traceability goes even further—adding things like operator ID, custom fields such as part or batch numbers, and simple pass/fail confirmations. All data is securely stored in a tamper-proof database, and you can easily export it to Excel or CSV for reporting and analysis.
